Quest'anno il 313° Gruppo Addestramento Acrobatico, meglio noto come Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale "Frecce Tricolori", ha festeggiato il suo 55° compleanno con una manifestazione sulla sua base di Rivolto.
Alla manifestazione, svoltasi nelle giornate di sabato 5 e domenica 6 Ottobre, hanno partecipato diverse pattuglie acrobatiche di altre Nazioni ed una rappresentanza di velivoli dell' Aeronautica Militare; inoltre ci sono state esibizioni acrobatiche anche di velivoli e pattuglie civili.
Il venerdì 4 l' aeroporto è stato anche aperto ad una selezione di appassionati ( o spotter all'inglese ) che hanno potuto ammirare le varie prove con la possibilità di fotografare anche da posizioni non normalmente disponibili per questa attività.
Un sentito ringraziamento va sì all' Organizzazione tutta, ma specialmente alle donne ed agli uomini dell' Aeronautica Militare per la loro gentilezza, disponibilità e pazienza : GRAZIE !

This year the 313th Gruppo Addestramento Acobatico (Aerobatic Training Unit) , better known as Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale "Frecce Tricolori", celebrated his 55th birthday with an air show on its base of Rivolto.
At the event, held on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 October, was attended by several aerobatic teams of other Countries and a representative of the aircraft of the Aeronautica Militare ; there were also acrobatic aircraft and civilian patrols.
Friday 4 the airport was also open to a selection of fans (or spotter in English parlance ) who were able to admire the various tests with the opportunity to photograph from a places normally not available for this activity.
A heartfelt thanks goes to Organization all, but especially to women and men of the Aeronautica Militare for their kindness, helpfulness and patience: THANK YOU!

Le Forze Aeree Polacche hanno anche inviato un poderoso MiG-29 ; questo velivolo porta dipinte nella parte interna delle derive verticali i ritratti di due piloti polacchi che combatterono durante la 2ª Guerra Mondiale.

L' Aeronautica Militare ci fa vedere le evoluzione del nuovo HH-101A, elicottero pesante per compiti Combat SAR , che poi simula anche il rifornimento in volo dal KC-130J. L'attuale elicottero SAR HH-139A in una dimostrazione delle sue capacità di soccorso ed infine il passaggio della cisterna KC-767A scortata da due per tipo dei velivoli di prima linea : AMX , Tornado e Typhoon.

Tre pattuglie molto note e sempre presenti nei cieli di Rivolto per le grandi occasioni : la "Patrulla Aguila" dell'Aeronautica Spagnola coi suoi CASA 101 ; la "Patrouille Suisse" dell' Aeronautica Svizzera con gli F-5E e la "Patrouille de France" che vola con gli Alpha Jet

Un'altra pattuglia per la prima volta in Italia : i "Saudi Hawks" dell' Aeronautica Militare Saudita che volano con i BAe Hawk Mk. 65

Quest'anno ricorrono i Cento Anni dall' inizio della Prima Guerra Mondiale e Giancarlo Zanardo (maggiori informazioni) ha costruito una replica volante del velivolo SPAD XIII, utilizzato in quel conflitto dal Maggiore Francesco Baracca, miglior Asso dell' aviazione italiana.
I due Gruppi X° e XII° dell' Aeronautica Militare, che più direttamente discendono dalla Unità comandata da Baracca, hanno, per la stessa ricorrenza, dipinto le code di due velivoli Typhoon con un disegno ispirato allo SPAD XIII.
A Rivolto i tre velivoli si sono ritrovati assieme sia in volo che a terra.

This year marks the 100 Years of the beginning of the First World War and Giancarlo Zanardo (more information) has built a flying replica of the aircraft SPAD XIII, used in that conflict by Major Francesco Baracca, best Ace of Italian aviation.
The two Gruppi Xth and XIIth of Aeronautica Militare, direct heirs of the Unit commanded by Baracca , have, for the same occasion, painted the tails of two Typhoon aircraftwith a design inspired by the SPAD XIII.
At Rivolto the three aircraft meet together both in flight and on the ground.
